Information used
Account and company details, marketplace activity, requests, quotes, bookings, messages, verification records, support cases, device and service-usage information may be required to operate KLIGO.
Why it is used
Data should be used to provide the marketplace, connect customers and providers, secure accounts, support transactions, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Who may receive it
Relevant booking information may be shared between the customer and provider. Approved payment, identity, hosting, analytics or support vendors may process only the data needed for their service.
Your choices
A production service should provide routes to access, correct, export or request deletion of account data, subject to transaction, safety and legal retention requirements.
