Marketplace role
KLIGO is designed to help customers find providers and manage requests, quotes, bookings and related communication. The final terms must define whether KLIGO is a marketplace, contracting party or payment intermediary for each service.
Listings and quotes
Providers are responsible for accurate capability, availability, pricing and compliance information. Customers must confirm the site, scope, timing, access and intended use before accepting a quote.
Bookings and payments
The accepted quote, booking summary and cancellation terms should form the operational record. Payment timing, fees, refunds and tax treatment must be displayed before confirmation.
Safety and disputes
Users must follow applicable safety, licensing and equipment-operation requirements. The final terms must define evidence handling, reporting, suspension and dispute escalation.
